He is faithful even when we are not. He is faithful when we need him. He is faithful when we THINK we don’t need him. He is faithful when we cry out to him. He is faithful when we need protection. He is faithful to his promises. He does not forget his children. He hears us when we speak to him. He loves us through everything. He loves us with mercy and grace that we do not deserve. He sees us as righteous through the power and bold of his son. He does not leave us or forsake us. He walks with us through the hard things of life. He holds us when we grieve and He grieves with us. He does not make mistakes. He knows the cry of our hearts and our deepest desires. He is good . He has called us, as His followers, to proclaim His name and tell people of the good news he brings. He has called us to live like Jesus did, blameless and selfless.
When walking through life it’s sweet to remember the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord. No matter what season you may be going through these are all things that we can each be reminded of. Though we don’t deserve it and He is so much more than the list above, He is faithful and His love is unfailing. Rest in Him and lean on Him…something I’ve been learning to do A LOT the past six months. It’s not always easy but it does bring a peace that surpasses all things and a joy that is unmatched. Life is found in Jesus and we are called to share and live in that life…so, go be alive.
