When I think about this past (almost) 11 months of my life I am SO SO SO grateful. I am grateful that I got the privilege of walking this year with the Lord through 14 different countries, I am grateful that I got the privilege of spending it with C Squad, I am grateful that I got the chance to experience so many different cultures, ministries and people throughout this year.

It has been a challenge, a blessing, a joy, and such a huge privilege. MAN, what a privilege.

And I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

For those who donated to my trip thank you for being willing to give up your hard earned money to allow me experience this sweet blessing and season. Through your generosity you allowed me to see the Lord provide for me in a way that was even greater than I imagined. I have a stronger faith in the moving of his hand now because of it and I plan to trust him for even more and greater in the future.

For those who prayed for me before and during my journey thank you for taking time out of your day to invest in me. In praying you made things easier that could of been hard, you made things sweet that I could of seen as sour and you allowed me to be molded in a more true and Christ like woman. I can’t thank you enough for that.

For those who bought me gear for the trip, thank you for caring for me so incredibly by meeting such specific needs that I had. I got to have a bed, a covering over my head, a spork to eat my meals with and so much more because of your care for me.

For those that reached out to me during my journey to encourage me and spur me on, thank you for listening to me, speaking life into me and being the outside perspective that I needed in many different instances. The Lord definitely used you in my life this year.

Because of you all I am going home changed and I can’t thank you enough for that. So please know how truly grateful I am and what a blessing you have been to me in more ways than one!

In regards to coming home, I have less than a week left before I will be boarding a plane to the states. With that in mind, I just want you all to know that I would love to hear about your year and all that has happened while I have been away. I can’t even imagine all the Lord has done in your lives because I know he had as done a ton in mine.

So, when I get home (or even before) please feel free to reach out and I’d love to hear about your year and also share a little about mine!

Thank you for being faithful in following my journey and supporting me throughout it!!!

STAY TUNED NEXT WEEK FOR A BLOG POST ABOUT MY PLANS AFTER THE RACE! YAHOO 🙂 <– I am just so excited that I couldn’t possibly write it in lower case.
