Tuesday night, as I sat in my favorite couch at Aaron’s, we talked
about a wide variety of topics into the night. Which included some
of our life’s stories. I told him how a friend asked me to share a
summary of my life in 5 minutes in February of this year.
As many of you know, I am a talker–so this had the potential to be
a challenge. I relish challenges and it was enjoyable being able to
wrap up 23 years into 5 minutes as succinctly as possible.

Then, there’s my dear friend Aaron–who tends to push me mentally
and spiritually. And just in general. He is an amazing individual who
lives well, loves thoroughly, and is more loyal than I had previously
thought possible.

So he pushed me–albeit casually–to describe my life in 20
words. So here goes:

God. Family. Busy childhood. Challenging middle years. Academic.
Spain friends. Love humanitarian work. Friend. Busy lifestyle. Church.
Planner. Business. Missionary.
