Hello Friends!
My wonderful friend/teammate/sister Haley made a video of one of our team adventure days in Swaziland. Because our team was living with three other teams (about 20 other people) in one simple crowded building, we decided to have an adventure weekend to Nisela Safaris. Less than 10km up the highway, we took local transportation to rent a Beehive for an overnight oasis including real toilets, a restaurant, beds, mirrors (yikes) and Wifi. In retrospect, we were outrageously excited about the existence of these small pleasures but if you lived without them for a few weeks and then suddenly found they were available down the road you’d be pumped too!! If you bought a calendar, you may recognize the Beehive shape from the February page 🙂
I have a few more blog posts coming soon and I’m sorry for these long gaps between posts! God is at work doing incredible things in the world and in me but it has required more ‘processing’ time than I expected so I appreciate your support and patience!
