Honesty is the best policy so here’s a secret.. I detest writing.Gods up there laughing with tears in his eyes as I painfully peck each key and spell check everything.That’s what happens when praying for patience, he gives you opportunities to exercise it!
With that being said, I never in a million years thought I would write a blog….and guess what! My first official blog!! Woohoo! I am excited to be following Gods calling on my life as he leads me on the world race!. My support letters are sent and now the brainstorming for fundraising begins! DUN DUN DUUUUUUN. Leaning on God to provide all the finances I need is hard. So hard. Partially because I make it harder by insisting I have to have a job “just in case God doesn’t pull through” or scared that if i don’t have a job people will think i’m a lazy bum. Guess what. If God calls you to do something, he will provide a way to make it happen. “God doesn’t call the qualified he qualifies the called”!
Id really appreciate your prayers for my squad and I over the next few month as we continue to fund raise and spiritually prepare ourselves.
