I said yes to Jesus, again. It’s all I want to do for the rest of my days. Is say yes to Jesus.

Perhaps the hardest, most costly yes I have ever given period. Because it was to Jesus, the author of life, it’s entirely worth it. It’s not about me; my calling is no higher than anyone. It’s about partnership with what He’s doing in the world. It’s just about Him. He gave it all.

And He is the relentlessly good Father who will take care of me as I go to take care of his beloved

With a whole lot of clarity and confirmation, I said yes to squad leading (vision casting, teaching, discipling, overseeing 29 people-5 teams) again, but this time people ages 21-35. I said yes just last week to go today to Central and South America for 4 months.

The first month I am placed with 2 teams in Guatemala that are serving an organization that provides love and empowerment to children and youth with the aim of transformation (education, family support, construction, spiritual growth).

World Race partners with sustainable long-terms missions meeting local needs, and these ministry partners across the world are exhausted after COVID – eager to receive help.

This is not vacation. This is not escaping. This is hard.

This is about transformed and redeemed lives, seeing the unseen with a profound Love, serving the least and poorest. I’ve seen it in beautiful humans countless times for a year and half, and I don’t see anymore how I could stop.

This is what I was made for.

To me this trip is preparation to go to the region of the world with the most unreached people groups who are in either very difficult situations and/or haven‘t even had the chance to hear the Gospel – that there’s a humble King who came and overcame and desires to commune with them so tenderly and fiercely, to welcome them into family and the Kingdom of peace.

The smallest percentage of resources go to where the greatest need is in the world; its called the Great Imbalance. And I’m willing to go to those places to partner with God in what He’s doing there.

And so…

I am also (God willing) getting Green Cross training (a secular organization that teaches you how to walk with people who have been through serious trauma) and Perspectives training (a course that teaches you how to share the Gospel in a cultural sensitive way; Jesus not America) for a month in Georgia with another squad.

This trip leaves in January.

We will then spend 3 months in Asia Minor serving refugees and the unreached.

My leader from last time pioneered this trip after we had been praying for this region of the world. I’ve never been more eager to do anything!

“How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” - Romans 10:14-15

This yes had been building from within for years, but it wasn’t until the end of Panama a couple months ago when I laid my life down for Jesus for the first time truly.

God said Fish for my people, they need to know My Name, over and over again as I sobbed on my knees.

I wrote a blog on my new platform called Living Wonder (where I’ll be sharing paintings and fresh storytelling) about The Calling if you want to know specifically what the Lord has painted for the call on my life.

I need an army of support, prayer and donation. It’s all not possible without you guys, especially now that I don’t see stopping anytime soon.

So a simple invitation, will you say yes?

Will you say yes to donate monthly or one time. Any amount helps.

Literally only invitation. My Father never coerces, he invites. And it’s a joy to yes to invitation.

You are loved, and I hope you won’t wait to saying yes to whatever you were made for as well <3
