I was reading through my journal today and found this.
This was God speaking these things over me, but I do not believe they are just for me.
I know I am not the only person out there who has bought into these lies that Satan has tried to fog my mind with. Once we realize that his lies are just petty attempts at trying to slow us down, we are able to move past the deception of a storm knowing that it is only a false illusion with no real threat to us. For the reality is, it is only fog.
“My daughter,
You walk in the gift of being able to see people for who they are with compassion and understanding. You love people well. You do not instinctively judge people, but have developed that pattern of thinking through trying to fit in–that is a source of the way you feel people think about you. Not everyone judges the way you think they do. You are among people who hold high integrity.
I see someone who loves people and wants to get to know them and talk. It is easier for you to approach a stranger than for some other people. You do not worry about making a fool of yourself or embarrassing yourself. Know that you do not have to know everything and have all the answers or even know a specific amount; just know that I am good- and that is a constant (forever).
Keep asking Me questions. And when the evil one chases you down and confuses or discourages you, just know that I have not moved. I am still here. He is just putting a fog blower in front of you. The fog blower has no power, it does nothing but create an illusion. Sure, the fog is still there, but what does it actually do? See past the fog, My sweetheart and stop claiming tunnel vision over yourself, for that’s just Satan.
