Here’s my gang! Whenever we walk around the village we always have a parade of people staring and following us around. I absolutely love interacting with all the kids!

This is the village that we are staying in for month 1. The village is called Diabo, but pronounced “Jabo” and is located 30 minutes outside of Bouake, Cote D’Ivoire.

This little guy is only 8 months old and he is learning how to walk…like what?! His mother helps the pastor wife cook meals and it has been a joy getting to know them both.

This little cutie is the pastors daughter. She is a ray of sunshine wherever she goes; always singing and putting on a show. She loves hanging out with us after school and stealing Adriana’s crystal light.

This little stud muffin’ is the pastors son. He is very shy and has few words to share, but his smile says it all!

We have been so blessed to have wonderful hosts here in Cote D’Ivoire. The pastors wife and her friends cook for us daily and it has been so neat to learn from them and watch them cook their traditional meals. The ladies also taught some of my teammates how to do their laundry.
