1.) Don’t be a lame Christian! Go love on EVERYONE and do the hard things.
2.) Cutting the grass with a machete is SO FUN, especially when you are with your best friends jamming out to music on a hot sunny day.
3.) Pay attention when you are around elephants in a mud pit… one may step on your foot.
4.) Your story is powerful, so share it! It may be just what somebody needs to hear in that moment.
5.) Always have a YES in your spirit!
6.) You can fit 30 people in one truck. It may look crazy and dysfunctional but it works.
7.) Gods love is not conditional – He loves everyone the same, no matter what sin you have committed.
8.) I want my courage to be louder than my fear even when I tremble.
9.) You can literally re-use and recycle anythinggggg. Even carry your own waste in large buckets 3 times a day to help out the farm and everyone on it. Everything has a purpose! And God will humble you greatly when carrying around buckets of waste.
10.) God is always watching out for you. He will protect your foot from the weight of an elephant and will show your teammate in the middle of the night that angels are watching over us.
11.) It’s important to continue to challenge your perspective and try out new things so that we don’t stay stagnant in our growth process.
