Hey everyone! So sorry for not posting a blog in a hot minute. The last few weeks have been full of a lot of travel, debrief, and figuring out a new culture.

For the next month my team and I are doing ministry in Yangon, Myanmar at our ministry host Samuel’s house. Samuel and his wife Elizabeth have 4 kids of there own and 15 kids that they have taken in who come from broken families or are orphans. Every morning we wake up bright and early to take an hour and a half bus ride to Samuel’s house. While we are there we spend time with the kids, we teach them English, play games with them, and build relationships. The kids are anywhere from 6-16 years old. After a few hours of English and games the kids head off to school. Elizabeth the typically serves us a lunch of corn and potatoes. We then spend time with Samuel and Elizabeth worshipping. It’s a sweet kind of worship, one where you feel the presence of the Lord so strongly in the room. After we worship we spend time studying the Bible and praying together. Samuel and Elizabeth are truly people who are after the Lords heart. They love well and say yes to where the Lord is leading them.

I am so grateful for this ministry and for this month in Myanmar. God is good and He is working in and through this family!
