Guatemala, Thailand, Malaysia, Swaziland.

I have said these words so many time that they now just roll off my tongue without me even having to think about it. But I guess I am going to have start thinking more when people ask me where we are going.

On Wednesday night our squad leaders got us all together and told us we had a route change. We will no longer be going to Malaysia. We are going to Myanmar now!

The reason we will be going to Myanmar instead of Malaysia is because in Malaysia adventures in mission does not have many good ministry host so it was going to be a lot of figuring out what to do for ourselves while we were there. Whereas in Myanmar, there will be many different ministries we can partner with.

I know what you’re probably thinking, what the heck is Myanmar?

Well that’s what I was thinking too.

Here are a few of the things that I know about it:
-Myanmar is a small country north of Thailand
-The major religion in Myanmar is Buddhism
-They just opened up their borders 3 years ago to let people who are not from there in, which means it is an incredibly unreached group of people

While I may not know much about the country, I do know that God is going to do incredible things and people will hear the gospel for the first time while we are there!

If you want to help me get to Myanmar, please consider donating! I am still in need of $3,840 in order to be fully funded. If everyone who reads this donates just $5, I will be about 1/4 of the way there!
