Since leaving the States,

God
           has
            wrecked
  me.

I always thought I would do the World Race and then call it a day.

Truth is, this is only the beginning of a new life for me.

Being able to minister to children and women by God's love has made me realize I can never look back.

Let me put some names and faces to the story.

Mozambique : Tati

Tati made me realize that you can be God's love by just being there. By just loving and interacting with children, you are God's love in action. God's heart is for orphans and abandoned children. Tati's aunt started taking care of her after both of her parents died. Her aunt also takes care of many more children and doesn't have the time to really invest in her life, only enough to give her the basic care. This month was learning to rest and just be there for the people around us. To pray and to love on the people of one of the poorest countries in the world. Realizing God can show up anywhere!

Swaziland : Thetiwa

Thetiwa and her mother taught me that even in the poorest of circumstances you can still choose God's joy! You can still love and trust a God who is faithful to provide. Going into Hope House every morning and forming relationships with the patients helped us connect to the needs and desires of the people of Swaziland.  We were able to pray and love on the people who are considered sick and desolate. Truth is these people have the most faith, trusting God for the big things!

South Africa : Tsfempe

This month I was able to form relationships with young women that come from broken past. They were attending a lifeskills class that I got to sit in on. For ten days, they learn that God loves them and the life He fully intended them to have. I was able to invest in them by spending time and praying with them as the love of God became reality for them. It has taught me that God redeems what we think is unreedeamable. These women come from hard situations, some have been prostitutes, some have been at the hands of a sexual abuser for as long as they can remember, and many other horrible things that no one should have to experience. But God has touched them, and they are being made new!

I am asking that you "Catch the Vision" if you will! I love being on the race and feel that God has fully intended for me to finish my race on the field.

He has taught me so much and given me so much freedom! I believe He intends to continue this out on the field.

To continue on, I still need $2312.04 for my next deadline of April 1st!  I ask that you help by praying, spreading the word, and also donating. Any little bit helps. You can donate by clicking the Support Me link on the left side menu! (Donations are tax deductable!)

Thank you for letting me share my heart with you!
