So, as you may already know. I am HOME!
11 months and countries later the Lord has done SO much in my life and those that we were able to come in contact with. Because of your prayer and support, I was able to travel around the world bringing the light of the gospel to some of the darkest places. And through that, the Lord changed me.
And while the World Race has come to an end, my journey has just begun!
So, “WHAT’S NEXT” you might ask?
Well, the Lord has some exciting plans for the next season of my life that I would be honored if you chose to continue partnering in with me!
This coming September/October, I will be attending G42 Leadership Academy in Mijas, Spain. It is a 9 month program that focuses on training leaders to go back into the mission field in the future. I will spend the first and last 3 months attending classes, learning about leadership in a Missions field, and living in community in Spain. The middle 3 months will be a sort of practicum where we will get to choose a place outside of Spain to serve in. It could look like living and helping with missionaries in Iraq, or working with refugees in Uganda, or leading a trip with Adventures in Missions. Those are just a few of the options, but by no means the only ones.
At G42 I will have the opportunity to take my discipleship to a higher level and learn what it means to be a leader on the mission field. Here I will gain the necessary skills to go back out into the world and continue my ministry and the plan God has for my life.
In order to attend G42, I must raise funds, which includes $6,800 for food, lodging, and school fees for the 6 months I will spend in Spain and between $2,000 and 3,000 for the middle 3 months when I do mission work in another country (TBD). I will also need to raise personal support to cover my airfare to and from Spain and other personal expenses while I’m away.
Now, I know. That sounds like a lot! But, I have seen the Lord provide before, and I know he will again. He has called me to G42, and I am beyond excited to follow His calling and continue seeing where the Lord leads me. With that said, I hope you will continue partnering in this opportunity with me whether that be through finances or prayer.
