Hello there friends, family, and people from all over! It is time. Time to share and announce the most exciting news I’ve had in a very long time!
In August of 2016, I’ll be packing up and leaving on a mission trip. A mission trip that will span 11 countries in 11 months. Let me say that one more time in case you missed it, 11 COUNTRIES IN 11 MONTHS!
After submitting my application for the World Race with Adventures in Missions, I have recently learned that I was accepted. I will be a part of a team that will be on Route 1, and will depart in August of 2016. My teammates and I will be venturing into the countries of Serbia, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Our mission is to serve the least of these, to humbly share in their community, to grow ourselves while we are subject to situations we would rarely encounter here in the United States, and to share the hope that we have found in Jesus Christ. You guys, I could not be more excited!
