What’s up, guys!
So, they say the first blog is the hardest, right? I guess I’ll give it a shot…
First off, let me start by saying GOD IS GOOD! This whole trip has kind of been one big “spur of the moment decision”, but I’m just trusting that God is leading me where He needs me (I’m writing this while listening to Kim Hill’s “Committed to the Call” on repeat and the lyrics are hitting me haha). I am feeling a little lost right now and totally terrified (in a very exciting kind of way) as I realize how much this trip is going to cost (not just financially…), but here’s to walking in blind faith, right? I’m pumped!!
So with this being the beginning for me, I feel like I am drowning in a sea of information. Whether it’s trying to figure out how to get/renew a passport, or figuring out the best kind of socks to buy, there are so many important steps to take right now and I’m not 100% sure how to take them… BUT I’M TOTALLY EXCITED TO TRY!!
If ya’ll could just pray that I find a little peace of mind, further develop my faith and trust that God knows what He’s doing, and that I develop some killer organizational skills, I’d sure appreciate it!
