Dear Jaiden,
Hello little one. Welcome to Earth. Let me start off by telling you how much you are adored. With every decision you make, good or bad, you are already loved with such a powerful love. God has created you because he has an amazing plan for your life. He has given you the perfect mom and dad to help you find the purpose he created for you. He has given you wonderful grandparents. He has placed you in a family with so many aunts and uncles to cheer you on. He has placed you in a space with endless opportunities.
This world is an interesting place for sure. You will hear all about it as you grow up. You will hear of our God and how the earth came to be. You will hear of past histories, things that have happened, decisions that humans have made. You will hear of different places, different people, and different ideas that exist on our planet. I am telling you to not just listen to these stories, go and experience them for yourself.
Go make friends with people from other times zones and other continents. When they tell you these different people eat duck embryos, go eat them with locals. When they say they speak in strange languages, go find them. There is nothing more wonderful and mysterious than hearing prayers to our God in a language you do not understand. Go and find out what these different people do, how they live and what they believe. These strange places and countries people tell you about…go. See for yourself, because chances are you will experience them differently than the storyteller.
Adventure makes you feel tiny. You will feel lost. But through that insecurity and insignificance, that is where you start to understand yourself. Adventure gives you your own stories to tell, it opens up your world. Whether people realize it or not, it changes you. Don’t be scared of that because you are destined to be a world changer.
