SPRING IS HERE!!! AMEN!! oh OH and beep beep! The purpose of this blog is to just rejoice that Spring has come! Rejoice that the growth and preparation of winter, has yielded the beauty and warmth that is now surrounding me! Today is a flippin’ GLORIOUS day. I am overwhelmed by God’s creation and I just can’t keep it to myself! Enjoy these “Springy” thoughts and enjoy the new season that has come!
IT IS SO FLIPPIN’ GLORIOUS TODAY! From the moment I stepped outside I felt
immersed in God. His presence is just so obvious in the Spring time.
As I walked I felt freer, lighter, peace, joy, LOVE, GRACE, passion,
excitement, etc. This was not the case 2 seconds before I left my house. I went to bed with a hurting heart last night. I woke up not much different. I wandered through the first few hours of the day feeling blah and disconnected. And now, I am so pumped that I just HAD to blog! haha, God rocks.

It’s amazing how quickly the world around you changes from winter to
spring, from death to life, from gray to green! I took a walk and a
tree that was seemingly devoid of any life was today in FULL BLOOM. It
was an incredible sight. It just proves that God can move so quickly
sometimes. We often got stuck in the winter, reflecting how SLOW God
moves sometimes. When will the snow stop?! When will the weather
change? When will it be warm? Yet the Spring is proof that God uses
that waiting, that SLOWNESS to create BEAUTY. And sometimes it does
come real fast. After a season of winter, a tree went from dead to
alive overnight. Last week, it was warm at times. But when I walked around there were no flowers, there no green trees. Today SPRING was EVERYWHERE. Pure Awesomeness.
flops! I don’t need a coat or a sweatshirt or boots to go for a walk! I
have a tan! (well, kinda. At least something more then just white).
Everywhere I look I see color! Yellow, green, pink, purple, blue, red,
every color of the rainbow! There is so much to be thankful for. There
is so much beauty and living happening right in front of me. I can’t
dwell on the past or the future; on my “messiness” and imperfections. I
can only dwell on the goodness of my Father and His constant presence
in my life. “I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the
land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and
wait for the Lord.” Psalm 27:13-14
I really don’t have much else to say but please look at the world around you and just bask in the glory of God here on earth. His Kingdom is around us! And its flippin’ GLORIOUS!
