How sweet the Fathers love for us that He would not only create for us eachother but to give us a purpose that goes beyond ourselves. He is our purpose and indeed He gave us the perfect example of selflessness in it's purest and most beautiful form. When our humble king was, "Struck down by foolish fists of wicked men, the Almighty One did not defend."
People are beautiful. We are made in the image of our sweet Creator and are reflections of His love which is the essence of His very nature. There are so many times that I become so engrossed with my interpretations on life and perspectives that I so often forget that we are going through this messy, chaotic, and vibrantly beautiful progression of life together and that we are all simply seeking. Tonight as I was amongst a whole bunch of people I barely know, people that are completely different from me, people that I would probably never speak to or hang out with if it wasn't for the World Race, I realized that these people brought me so much peace of heart and mind because we all need each other and we are all going through this journey together. These people who know very little about my life and my upbringing, or really anything about me, have already touched my heart simply by the fact that we all see there's Something more out there and that the pang for wanting more of this Something would drive a whole bunch of crazy people around the world to proclaim this Something to all nations.
Life is sweet and people are beautiful. May we always remember to count others above ourselves and to love with the bighearted and bold love of Christ. In the commitment of our every thought to Christ may we find strentgh to love beyond all measure in the same way that Christ loves His children. To always forgive and to seek out the good in one another, bearing fruit for the Kingdom of Christ, the hope of eternity, and the peace of mind and soul found therein.
