I just finished my last fall semester of my college career! How crazy!

It is a bittersweet feeling. I am closing a chapter of my life that was truly defining of who I am today. I will leave the comfort of my small school to enter into the world…literally.

Finishing this semester has me think of what’s coming ahead of me. God has placed in my life this amazing opportunity to travel the world. I get to travel 3 different continents and tell people of who He is! However, just like my ending college life, it will be a bit uncomfortable at first. Changing my surroundings will be tough. Stepping out will be tough.

My lack of familiarity will be the very thing I will find to become the normal, comfortable lifestyle that I am supposed to live. The World Race is going to prepare me for my normal. My “comfortable.” I know missions is my calling. That’s where I will reside. That’s where I can truly be the person God has made me to be. My absence of the typical comfort will be my new since of serenity and contentment.

Jesus will be my comfort.

It’s that simple family.
