When you are away from the US on holidays it is easy to feel separated and forgotten. This year, my team and I have decided to go to great lengths to make each holiday we miss special. Our first opportunity was this past month in Rwanda, celebrating Halloween.
We have been craving chocolate chip cookies for the past two months and we decided it was time to do something about it, what better way to celebrate Halloween?
