Have you ever disliked a place so much for only one reason?
This weekend I experienced the craziest weekend possible. About a month ago I decided I wanted to take a trip up to Virginia to see some of my World Race friends. So after time passed and this day finally came, I drove up to Virginia. Virginia has by far the worst drivers I have EVER seen. If you could think of a teen driver who has either never driven before or who drives with road rage 24/7, this is what I experienced during my three days in Virginia. I could never manage to get into another lane or never get my foot off the brake due to constant fear of the driver next to me.

This weekend I experienced the most amazing weekend possible. I had the opportunity to meet potential friends for my missions trip. Meeting Zoe and Kayli for the first time felt like I was not only meeting friends but a long lost family. The three days that I was in Virginia I encountered love, laughter, and a friendship that will last even longer than the World Race. I felt all of these emotions during the women’s conferences Saturday night. Getting to worship and learn more about a GREAT God with amazing friends was just the start. I experienced some wonderful memories from playing the game “watch your mouth”, to jamming out to Jamie Grace in my car.
Virginia gave me a run for my money that’s for sure, but it’s nothing compared to the time I had with some unforgettable friends. Cant wait for our 9 month missions trip together.
