I just wanted to take a moment to honor a group of people we COULDN’T do the Race without.
Can you guess who they are?
Translators.
Translators do so much for us and their job is SO important.
A translator:
-Is the bridge that make it possible for “we” the Racers to encourage fellow Christians or reach someone who has never heard of the name of Jesus.
-Works tirelessly to translate English to the other language or the other language to English so we can understand what the person is saying or so we can even understand a sermon, etc.
-Becomes family. All of my translators so far are fellow believers and since they are always with us, we often do a lot of bonding. They ride in bumpy vehicles with us, laugh with us, work hard with us. They often become the 8th member of our teams.
So thank you all to our translators who have helped us so much. We couldn’t do the Race with out you. <3
