My squad just had team changes. I am currently on a new team. Our name is “Giraffes.” We were on our way to Starbucks for our first “memory” together and stumbled upon a cute cafe shop called “Two Giraffes.” So we went in. As we were discussing team names we joked about using that as our name. But later, we looked seriously into it. First, it’s is an animal from Africa. But deeper is a giraffe is confident, elegant, and sticks it neck out. There is some general cool things. I’m excited to get to know these girls because I really don’t know them as well.
The other part of my update is WE GOIN’ TO AFRICA! Our first country is Zimbabwe. I know part of our month will be us doing ministry in the “bush,” also. Three months left!
Here are some areas you can pray for me:
-Growth in my goals (confidence, intimacy with the Lord, etc.)
-To be able to be fully present the last three months and to grow as much as I can
-To dive into my new team quickly
-And health. 😉
