It was just over a month ago that talk began about a “potential opportunity” coming up. As interest circled around the room, I simply dismissed the idea thinking it’d become one of those opportunities that never came to fruition.

It was just and idea

      just a vision…

But here’s the thing… I live in a community of people who seek the Father’s heart and actually follow through. When God says “Move,” they move. It’s quite inspiring to live and work with people who are constantly abandoning the comforts of home to follow where the Lord leads. Even so, I never anticipated that this would be a season of the Lord telling me to “Go.”

Boy, was I wrong.

So.. what’s this vision I’m talking about?

Adventures in Missions has a base in Guatemala that is planning to relocate to a new area. The new area is a spiritually heavy environment, surrounded with pagan worship and animal sacrifice. In praying about the move, members of their team had a vision of sending a team of worshipers into the area to prepare the land with prayer and worship. This team would hike to the high places, typically used for ritual worship, and begin worshiping and interceding for the country and the area.

About a week ago word came that this vision was in fact coming to fruition, and soon. In just a few weeks, a team of seven will be flying out to Guatemala to bring this vision to reality. Though I was hesitant in the beginning, feeling the weight of a trip such as this, after seeking the Lord’s wisdom and guidance, I will be one of the seven.

So there it is! On February 13, I will be on a plane headed to Guatemala. I’m writing not only to inform you that I’m going abroad again, but to ask for your help. This trip is going to be incredibly taxing, physically and spiritually. I ask that you would cover my team and I in prayer as we go out. Pray for our hearts as we prepare ourselves and for protection and provision of strength and wisdom as we go out.

Also, if the Lord puts it on your heart, I am in need a financial support. The trip in total will cost $675. You can do so by clicking the “Support Me!” tab on the left hand side of this page.

Thank you for your continued support! Love you all!
