Y’all Gods love is FIERCE. I have been praying and trusting God to provide funds for the World Race, and this past week waves of love have crashed over me. I’m talking the BIG WAVES when you’re at the beach, that you can’t jump over… A tidal wave.
The song “Fierce” by Jesus Culture sums up this past week perfectly (take a listen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II1JKBuz-AY )
“Like a tidal wave / crashing over me / rushing in to meet me here / Your love is fierce”

Email after email of yet another $23 donation (sometimes more) flooded my phone the entire day. A week ago I was beyond blessed with $23 donations for my 23rd birthday. Waking up to donations in $23 increments was rather confusing and odd to me. However, Mom explained what was going on and tears filled my eyes. My wonderful mom and sister-in-law had put together a secret Facebook group, inviting people for the past couple months and encouraging them to donate $23 to my World Race fund on my 23rd birthday. To see friends, family, and complete strangers support me has been extremely humbling. These people are rallying around me, encouraging me, praying for me, and pushing me to this next chapter in my life… It’s a feeling that is beyond words. The love I have felt not only from these precious people, but from God is fierce.
To top it off, on my last day of teaching this week, my AWESOME grade level co-workers held a fund raiser for me with the faculty and staff at the school I teach at. Again, I was blessed by the outpour of love this faculty and staff showed me.
So, to those of you who have donated, given your time to help me raise money, are praying for me, and standing with me believing for God to work through me as I embark upon this kingdom journey… THANK YOU. I cannot say it enough.

As I move closer and closer to being fully funded, I’m constantly reminded that God NEVER fails… and His love is fierce.
