Sittin in the new fancy shmancy lobby of the Atlanta airport international wing right now waiting to check our bags in at the appropriate time for our 10:30 flight with KLM to Romania. Heres the plan- get on the plane, layover in Amsterdam for 8 hours (not sure if we will go exploring outside the airport or not, yet. Should be mid afternoon there when we arrive.) and then jump on another plane to Romania and arrive there on Tuesday, get on a bus and go to where ever we are going! I'm not sure if we don't know what ministry we are going to be with or if I'm just horrible at asking the right people what's going on.
So here all 52 of us sit on the cold marble (thankful for the air conditioning) swapping movies off hard drives, writing thank you notes back home, playing card games, writing blogs, and paying $4.95 for internet for the day. People pass us by hurried by their schedule and stare at our group just hanging out on the ground (most likely because we are incredibly good looking). We are all just waiting for the flight and then I think this trip will finally become a reality. Things are good, my butt is cramping, but if thats the worst thing right now, I think I'm doing good.
I wanted to thank everyone again who has been supporting me getting ready for the trip with money and prayer and gifts and encouragement- its all been so overwhelming and loving! I'm currently up to $8,364.35 and am quite happy with that! So yeah, thanks again and send me an email if you want! (I love me some emails!!!)
