I’ve written quite a few blog posts now, but have yet to post any pictures, so here are a few favorites!
1) These are a bunch of the boy orphans that I have gotten close with. Sophon, the one who I refer to as my brother, is in the bottom right holding up a peace sign.
2) I got to lead a sermon for the kiddos in which I talked about Peter denying Jesus three times and how they can share Jesus to the community around them
3) I’ve gotten close to an orphan named Sombo (he goes by “Bo”), who is very shy but has opened up to me quite a bit. He told me he is going to borrow my hat for one year so that I have to come back here. He also thinks it’s very funny that I have a dog named Bo.
4) To cut the grass at the orphanage, the kids light it all on fire and then stomp it out with large green branches from the mango trees.
