I am the way, the truth and the life. No ones comes to the Father except though me.
John 14:6
The road is straight and narrow but that doesn’t mean there won’t be bumps, rocks, mud puddles, potholes, etc. along the way. Since being in Africa I have had to walk down some literal dirt roads, dodging and weaving through the mud and sometimes hoping not to fall into a huge hole. And it’s just a reminder to me that life is like a dirt, mud filled, bumpy African road. As tough as it is to walk down that road of these rough conditions, it can be so worth it. You can learn so much as you maneuver you way to your destination. Especially when you are intentionally seeking the Lord as he walks with you, sometimes even asking him to carry you is ok too. Keep walking down the road. No matter if you stumble into a hundred mud puddles, the Lord is here to pick you up and guide you as you journey.

I will guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straights paths
Proverbs 4:11
