This video is a previous experience that I had and it explains the title of this blog.

I just got back from Forward Conference and it was amazing. One thing that really stuck out to me was what Jentezen Franklin said about rocks. In the sum of it all, there are multiple times in the Bible where rocks are a part of the story. Jentezen likened them to backup praisers.

Jesus says in Luke 19:40 “if they kept quiet (disciples), the stones along the road would burst into cheers!”.

I am NOT going to let a ROCK take my place. That would be crazy, if I didn’t thank God for the anointing He has put on my life. It doesn’t matter how small we are; we have a God that says you are qualified for His purpose, and He will make a way when there isn’t one. We just have to be obedient to His Word and trust that He said what He said and He doesn’t break His promises.

Living uncomfortable isn’t easy, but it has its perks. Christianity isn’t a religion, its a relationship with a God that has given me hope for the future; a hope that never runs dry. Each day that I wake up I have a smile on my face because I have another day to share a love so deep, that it frees me and anyone who chooses to accept Him. It isn’t going to be easy, I mean even Jesus faced death, but I have a God that is victorious and punches death in his face. God trusts His children so much, that He gave us the keys to His kingdom. He knows that we are going to mess up, but He chooses us anyways because He knows that love conquers death. I am personally not going to let someone else tell me that my values are stupid, there is power in the name of Jesus. He broke every chain when He died on that cross and rolled away that stone on the third day. I serve a God that is and always will be victorious.

We live in a world that believes people are their own gods and it rips them to shreds. I chose to believe in a God that gives me life and that trusts me to do His will and this gives me hope. He trusts me to share this hope to people in the world who say that God abandoned them or people that haven’t heard His name. I want to tell them that God has never forsaken or abandoned me or them. Jesus is the only one without sin and even when He could of judged people, He didn’t. He didn’t condemn anyone to death He wants us to live a life of love through Him. Even if I am just helping someone by building a home for them or sitting down to listen to them about their day. I am still doing Gods work because I am choosing to listen to His Word. We have to be confident in the everyday victories. For God is working out everything for His good.

To wrap it up, quoting Jentezen Franklin, “Jesus wasn’t a stone thrower, He was a stone mover!”
