January 1, 2015 was the day I was supposed to leave for Senegal, Africa for the third time. When God called me to do The World Race however things changed.
Back in September it was clear that it wasn’t in God’s plan for me to return to Senegal this year and it was just something that I was wanting to do. As the day has become closer to when the rest of the team is about to start traveling there my longing to go back has become more and more but God over the past couple weeks has been showing me something.
God has shown me through His word and from other people that for this time around I am supposed to stay back and pray for the team that will be going. I may not be in the midst of what is going on, but I do know how important prayer is! For the next two weeks I will constantly be in prayer for the team that is going and for the people they will be with!
