His Grace covered our rear view mirror
What you ask? Yes! HIS GRACE COVERED OUR REAR VIEW MIRROR!
Gods great mercy and grace has covered our past! As I was driving down the road today I looked at a church sign in my rear view mirror and it read "Gods grace has covered you"
As I continued to drive I started to think about how Gods grace has covered me. After looking through my rear view mirror and reading that sign things that have already passed and that have been left behind God has covered with his never-ending grace.
Things in our past that we regret or things that we have been forgiven of that satan tries to creep back into our thoughts and use them as guilt – GOD HAS COVERED IT ALL WITH HIS GRACE!!
All of those things in "our rear view mirror" are in the past and left there for a reason! God has covered it all with His grace, love and mercy.
So often the majority of us struggle moving forward because we are hung up on those things in our past. Satan uses our past sins, mess ups, hurts, and other mistakes to keep us living in bondage and chains.
We can't keep allowing satan to use those things against us and allow him to put thoughts into our minds such as "I'm not good enough", "I'm not smart enough", I could never be used after doing this sin or that sin", "I can never tell anyone I did that", or "No one would ever believe me if I told them____."
Its all a LIE FROM SATAN! Gods grace is infinite and has covered your past and it's time to be set free and experience what it's like to live in his TRUE NEVER ENDING GRACE.
Your past may be a MESS but God will turn that MESS into a MESSAGE! You have to let go of it all, let His grace fill you and overwhelm you, and watch how he uses all your mistakes to reach other hurting/lost brothers and sisters!
Our world is so broken and messed up and has a "criteria" that it thinks we should follow and live by. It's all a lie.. it's NOT REAL!!
We aren't of this world, therefore we cannot live like it! We have to be considered "different" and be labeled as "freaks" according to this worlds standards but who cares!!
If we as Christians are living the life Jesus has called us to.. We shouldn't care what others label us and quite honestly, if we aren't being labeled as "different" then we need to have a heart check. Step back and take a look at our own lives and relationships with the Lord. The goal is not to fit in, but to stick out!
Jesus is the only way. He is true peace, healing, mercy, grace and love. We can't live day to day trying to fill the voids in our lives with the things of this world such as cars, money, friends, family, school, a job, or whatever else because that won't last. That is not going to give us true happiness like you may think it will.
When we experience the real true genuine grace of God, those things in our rear view mirror become a fog, something that is left in the dust that should no longer impact our future!
So open up your heart and let his grace flow in, receive it, and allow your past mess to become a message!
Leaving everything behind! HIS GRACE HAS COVERED YOUR REAR VIEW MIRROR! Let your light shine and your past be used… Unashamed!!
