• Don’t
      drink the water.  This includes not brushing your teeth with the water. 
      Drink only bottled water. Use a water filtration system.
    • When
      you can eat fresh fruits and vegetables (peel and wash in purified
      water), and get as much protein as you can.
    • Exercise
    • Go to the doctor if you don’t feel right and still
      don’t feel right after a few days.
