Getting Started:
After you have turned in your initial support and have committed to participating, we will create a blog address for you. The address will be your firstnamelastname.theworldrace.org. If you would like to use a name other than the legal name you have listed on your profile, please contact us in the office before sending in your initial support. If you are a married couple and would like a joint blog, please let us know that prior to your initial support as well.
Your first blogs:
To help you get started writing, we would like for you to complete a few assignments.
- About Me. This is a pre-set blog for a general introduction to who you are.
- How I was Called to the Mission Field. This is one of two blog titles that piques interest. People want to know what moved you to apply for a trip like this!
- Expectations of My Missions Trip. This is the other blog title that piques interest! What do you think this trip is going to be like?
Please post these first three blogs to your page once your blog is set up.

From this point forward we would like you to blog a minimum of once per week. You might think you have nothing to talk about… but your thoughts, your days, your preparation are more interesting than you would think! Help us get a glimpse into your world.
Once you Launch and begin your World Race journey, we expect you to blog regularly. Unless you are in a closed country or without electricity, we expect more than once per week. You have supporters, family, office staff, and people you have never even met who are following what God is doing through you. Don’t leave them hanging!
