This month has been one amazing month! I have been able to work at an orphanage called El Shaddai! While I’ve been here, I’ve worked with a 2 year old little boy named Brian, he has cerebal palsy. He’s the sweetest, happiest, and most joyful little boy I’ve met. I’ve also had an incredible time just loving on these kids here, it’s been a dream come true! I honestly feel like I’m home when I’m here!

While in Swaziland, we’ve decorated for Christmas and I’ve enjoyed being together as a squad during this Christmas holiday. I also enjoyed my birthday here, I got to hang out with all the kids for it! It was awesome! I have loved every second of Swaziland and am going to be so sad when we leave, but I know I’ll NEVER forget them. Something the Lord has been teaching me is to not be worried about my future, I still have 5 months on the race and that I shouldn’t be worrying when He has it all under control! I have had to daily remind myself of that, and I am trying to be content in that. It’s been a struggle, but I’m so excited to see where God has me when I finish this race!

I’ve been able to grow deeper relationships with my team mates and I’ve loved every minute of it! Seeing them use their gifts and talents around the orphanage this month has been super cool! I am excited to grow closer with my team and see how God uses Team Aliza these next 5 months!

As most of you know, I am getting close to my financial deadline. I am in need of $3060 by January 1st or I will be sent home. I know I was called back in Sept. of 2013 to go on this race, and I know I’m not done yet. If you’d like to donate click on my tab on the left that says “Make a Donation? Click Here!” I can’t thank everyone enough who has already gotten me this far!

I’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas from Swaziland! I hope you all enjoy this awesome season and stay safe while traveling! I miss all of you so much, but I know I wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else this Christmas season!
