Training Camp officially ended a week ago and to be honest, I have not had time to process the full, incredible, and challenging 10 days that made up camp.
Among the many activities and tasks, one was to divide our squad of about 30 people into teams of 5 or 6. These teams will be our family for the next several months. We will live, eat, laugh, cry, give feedback to and from, and just do life with them.
So without further rambling, let me introduce you to my team.
Daniel- This man is not afraid to talk to anybody! He makes people feel so seen and heard and he points the conversation back to the Lord every time. He has such a heart for helping people in their own journeys with Christ.
Bre- Oh sweet Bre. This girl loves people. She is so joyful but she is so honest with her feelings good or bad. She makes sure no one falls through the cracks and she makes sure everyone is seen and heard. Honestly, she’s up for anything.
Amber- Amber is so strong and confident in her identity and strength in and through Christ. This woman is sure of who she is- her strengths and weaknesses and is not afraid to speak out. She listens for the Holy Spirit’s leadings and then acts on His direction.
Allison- This girl is so fun to be around. She knows when to laugh and dance and joke but she’s sensitive to know when to bring it down and quiet herself. She is so eager to grow in the Lord and so excited to see others growth. As the youngest on the squad, she is so full of wisdom.
Tyler- Tyler is such a strong man of God. He is a go-getter with a servant’s heart. He has eyes to see those who are in need and then gets it done. He is our squad safetyman (you can call him Mr. Safety) and I feel so confident in is ability to do that.
I had such a fun time with these guys and I’m pumped for what God has in store for us.
