You know how sometimes in the moment amazing things happen and you just chalk it up to being that, amazing? But then you take a moment to look back and see all the amazing moments and how they add up and realize that there is more to it than that. They're not just amazing moments, they're God moments.

This month is full of God moments in many ways and sizes. It is incredible to see how He has been looking after us through everything. From the moment we stepped off the bus in Tegucigalpa, there was and angel waiting for us. She was the contact of one of our other teams and she took us under her wing too.
> We originally had a hotel reservation in a different city, but with her extensive knowledge of Honduras, she said that it wouldn't be safe for us go there and offered up housing at her organization instead. We were blessed to be able go stay with her for about a week. While we were there, we found out that she was on the board of the Honduran Fellowship, an organization that keeps a network of other organizations in Honduras. Within less than 24 hours, God gave us someone who knew more contacts than we could dream of.
> She lead us to another contact in her city, Talanga, that specialized in helping the kids of the street have a home to call theirs.
When we met with this contact, the founder's son happened to be dropping by the compound to get some things and stopped to say "Hi" to us and introduced himself. As we told him what we were doing, he asked where our next location might be and offered an apartment his parents owned in Tegucigalpa for us to stay at.
Though we didn't know for sure where our next location was going to be, God was providing a place for us with open doors.
As we were in Talanga that first week, we saw some beautiful pieces of God's handiwork. From gorgeous sunrises over the mountains to sunsets that had a rainbow of colors. To children smiling and laughing and running around the yard. The love they had for each other and us was truly tangible. I loved every minute of being able to be with kids at this organization. They were so friendly and loveable and shined in Jesus' love with each hug.
One amazing moment that stands out is when we had half a barrel of water left to last fifteen people for four more days of flushing toilets. We had all begun to spare taking showers and doing laundry because of the scarcity of water. When we got to half a barrel, we all knew that God would provide the water, we just didn't know how. He brought water up from the ground; it was amazing! The water came out of the spigot and into a bucket which we filled up and pulled, lugged, and carried those full buckets to fill all the barrels with water. We even had more water than we needed. Talk about answered prayer!

When we made it to Tegucigalpa, the capital, we were all a little hesitant of how it was going to be for us in a new city. But, our contact was there almost immediately after we got off the bus and provided us an entire apartment for us to stay in. The apartment included a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen! It was amazingly wonderful! After weeks of bone chilling showers, all I really wanted was a hot shower to relax all my muscles, and guess what? The apartment had that! And a pila to do our smelly laundry. Such a blessing.

After being in Tegu for about a week, we were able to meet with a couple contacts and work more on finding others. As it came down to the wire and where we were to head to next, it seemed like we had many routes to choose from but none that God was saying yes to. That is, until our last day there. On Sunday, we all woke bright and early to go to church with the Pastor, who was also the founder of the organization in Talanga. We headed off to church prepared to say a few words during the service and sing a song. Little did we know that before the service started, the pastor would come up to us and say that he just got off the phone with a fellow pastor and friend in San Pedro Sula who would love to have us for a few days.

Which takes us to now. Currently we are in the city of San Pedro Sula with beds to sleep in and a roof over our heads. It is amazing at how God provides. Like, when you begin praying a week before coming here and realize that you are just craving some healthy food and something that doesn't have gluten in it. Then when you go to the store the first day you are here and there's an entire gluten free section. All you can do as you're browsing the shelves is just give thanks to God for how much and well He provides.

Its been amazing to see how God provides in the little moments like water, hugs and smiles, and food to the larger things like housing, transportation and where we are to go. It leaves you truly speechless and simply able to shake your head, smile, give a little laugh and say: "Jesus, you are so good."
