Pay Attention.

Be astounded.

Tell about it.

This is how I want to live each day of my life…ever aware of what God is doing in me and around me. In the big stuff and the everyday mundane things. I don’t want to miss His hand in any of it. And I want to be utterly astounded about it. Not apathetic. Not prideful. Not taking His grace for granted but instead living in complete awe of all that He is and all that He does. And I want to give Him all the credit! I want my friends and family and future kids and grandkids to know Who I live for. I want the lady at the grocery store check out line to know why I smile. I want the students that I have been teaching this month to know the source of my love and joy! I want to be like Kind David when he said “Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.” (Psalm 103:1-2) Basically, I want to live with such a twinkle in my eye that it makes people wonder what I’m thinking about so I can tell them about His goodness.
