Hey guys! Before I get started on the blogging side of things, I just wanted to state a few facts about myself incase you didn’t already know them!

– I am from Orlando, Florida and moved to Clermont, FL when I was in High School.

– I go to college in West Palm Beach

– I will be graduating in May with a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and Sport.

– I have been on missions before and its incredible to see the Lord move in places where He seems to not be known.

– I have a small but happy family that includes Grandma, Mom, Dad, and Brother. I am the baby

– The World Race has been on my heart for the past 2 years.

– I enjoy being uncomfortable because it allows for me to grow

– I love the outdoors, sports, and Netflix on my introverted days

Why do I feel like God is calling me on the WR? Good question, I am glad you asked! My whole life, I have always been a fan or others challenging me or me challenging myself. Now, I don’t constantly think “oh they are challenging me so I like it”, no no no. That is far from the truth. I always seem to grasp it after the lesson is learned. I feel like thats the case for a lot of us.

The WR is a little different, I am anticipating the challenge. I know that raising $19,000 is not going to be easy. I know that the things I will face on the field are not going to be easy. I know that my faith will shake. I know that I will be not just be emotionally challenged, but physically as well. I need to learn patience, guidance, what it looks like to serve the Lord in all places, and what more it looks like to bring that restorative hope of the Father’s love to His nations. God is calling me to go and I am going to follow that whether I want to or not.

Thats just a little bit for now! My first blog will be up shortly and I am so excited for you guys to walk alongside me in this next journey!
