In a nutshell I truly believe one can break down followers of Christ’s into two categories. The Paul’s and the Timothy’s. The Paul’s Go and bring back the lost sheep through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the Timothy’s stay back to Sheppard the Sheep and help send out the Paul’s. Obviously you can fall into both categories and they can easily intertwine themselves, but my point is this:
You have obeyed God in helping me Go, you are as much responsible for the life’s that are being radically changed for the better around the world, and above all you are a faithful and obedient servant! From the bottom of my heart I thank you.
I also desire to praise God in this, for I believe all things do and should go back to the glory of God. This time last year I was in Kenya, and a few months before I left for Kenya God made it very clear I should go on the Race. So within a year I have had to raise support for my Kenya trip, the World Race, medical shots, malaria meds, my passport, visa’s, and more. This would average around 20,000 dollars.
One might say it would be impossible for a college student who is in debt to get 20,000 dollars within a year without having a job once leaving the country, but my God loves the impossible for it is in the impossible where He is most glorified! So here I am before you, fully funded and I give all glory back to God. I ask that you would join me in praising God for we read in Psalms that He inhabits the praises of His people!
I would still ask that you continue to pray for me, my team, my squad, and for the last 5 countries we will be going to: Uganda (where we are now), Kenya, Tanzania, Latvia, and Estonia. We read in Luke 11 and 18 that God loves and answers those who pray with boldness and are persistent in their prayers. So continue to keep us in your prayers and know that you and your families are in our prayers as well!
Again, thank you all so much! I am very much honored to be serving alongside all of you! May you too run the race and fight the good fight remembering what is to come. I love each and every one of you with all my heart. May God bless you in everything you do.
In Christ’s Love,
Grayson
