Today is Sunday December 6th. I am sitting at Rock Harbor using the computer at the volunteer booth because I dont have a laptop yet haha. Man has this been a life saver!

So this coming Friday will be my last big fund raiser and it is taking place here at 7pm-8:30pm. (Link Below)

I hope all of you guys can make it. I know that it being the holidays there won’t be too many open schedules. But even just showing up would mean a lot to me. I won’t get to see you guys for a while so any time together would be great.

Today I helped out at my friend Susie’s fund raiser. I have been to several of my own teammates and it gives me so much hope and I feel so great when I go and get to be a part of these things. We did an Outback Steakhouse lunch and graciously enough the owner didnt charge a dime for any of it even after the check was written… he handed it back! Susie was astonished (and so were we) and needless to say she cried with tears of joy! It is a lot of fun doing fund raising. It is hard and sometimes strenuous but in reality we grow so much from this process. Giving people the chance to be a part of something like this is really cool and often times unheard of. There are plenty of organizations and places to donate money but this is special. So many lives will change and so many countries will be impacted. So I am confident that God will not only supply all the funding and supplies but will show just how powerful He really is in the coming year!

I still have a list of last supplies I need to leave in 4 weeks. Some of the clothing articles listed below are being taken care of this week but the bigger stuff is going to be the hardest. So any help would be incredible.

I encourage you to forward this blog to your friends and family. It would be awesome if they could give but what would be better is if you even took a second to think of how much this would make an impact on there lives. To get to follow along a team week by week and see where God is showing up and how the Kingdom is moving. I am waiting to see how life works after I witness face to face the real human trafficking problem. I dont know how I am going to react to seeing children die in my arms from starvation.

As the days draw closer to departure I am really having to mentally prepare myself for what I am about to do. Living in close quarters with teammates while living in the communities we will be serving will be amazing. The anticipation of seeing healing everywhere we go. You may cringe when you hear that but when you expect God to move that way … for some odd reason He does!

So check out this video below about our trip and the teams… this will give you a little more insight as to how everything is broken down!
