I
not only expect these changes to occur, I know they will through his grace.
I
expect:
–
to
live unlike ever before
–
to
breathe the air of cultures I have only ever dreamed of
–
to
be broken into a man of God in which
there is no return
–
to
sing praises with my guitar around the world
–
to
be a light to the lost
–
to
eat authentic food everywhere
–
to
play with children in Africa
–
to
return safely at the end of my trip
–
to
finish the race
–
to
encounter darkness
–
to
still have my gear when I return home
–
to
have fun
–
to
never lose faith, hope, and trust in my teammates
–
to
see exotic animals in the wild
–
to
not get eaten by exotic animals in the wild
–
to
eat authentic Thai food
–
to
find my calling in a career
–
to
understand kindness
–
to
find patience
–
to
be a miracle
–
to
see a miracle
–
to
touch lives I never knew existed and for those lives to carry in my heart
forever
I have too many expectations honestly. God has
called me to leave everything to travel for 11 months around the world
spreading His Word so I expect much. But just as I submitted to his word to
apply for this trip, so will I to all he holds for me during my travels.
