My eighteenth birthday was a week ago, and as I go into this next year of my life I am so incredibly excited, Eighteen is going to be one of the most fulfilling, yet hardest years of my life. I am going to experience things that many other eighteen year olds will never get to experience. I am so excited to be able to continue my walk with the Lord and grow stronger in my relationship with Him. I’m going to learn how to rely on Him in every single situation, through good and bad times, when its going to be so hard I question why I did it, I’m going to remember that He is the reason that I’m doing it, to share His love.
A few months ago I got a tattoo on my arm that says “Be the light” in my mom’s handwriting, just a little something to remind me that since the Lord sent his Son down to die on a cross for our sin, we should be His light and share His word with everyone in the world to see. With launch being in 5 months I am getting kind of nervous, but I know in my heart that the Lord is going to work in crazy mysterious ways, and that everything is in His hands. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me through this trip, I love you all so so much, and I can not wait to share this incredible journey with you all!
