The cost of discipleship
Anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.
Basically pick up an instrument of torture and follow me.
Any of you who does NOT give up everything he has can not be my disciple
In a world that prizes promoting ones self, they were following a teacher who told them to crucify themselves

I’m realizing now this blog isn’t going to be coherent but these are just things the Lord is telling me to walk in from now until forever
He very clearly told me to walk in complete obedience.
Selena, the daughter of our ministry host, had a message one morning for devos and it talks about being a hose. Don’t let your cup go empty ever but to be a hose that constantly flows and the Lord showed me an image

He showed me a picture of the spickett we use to do laundry with. He gave me an analogy that was a m a z i n g . God is the water source, Jesus is the faucet thing (sorry I don’t know the name of it) and I am the hose. The hose does not work right unless it is fully screwed in, the curves on the faucet and the curves on the hose intertwine to become one.
He is calling me into oneness with Him.
