  • Acclimating to any weather, and somehow managing to dress for it
  • Being flexible (Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape)

  • Making children cry (You’d probably cry to if you saw a white person for the first time)
  • Entertaining children for hours on end
  • Back pocket sermons (being able to speak, in public,  at a moment’s notice)
  • Bringing random kids home
  • Being called muzungu (white person) over and over and oveerrrr again
  • Bartering
  • Walking EVERYWHERE
  • Lack of hygiene
  • Holding your pee
