Little did I know that one year ago one week in Guatemala would totally rock my world and God would use that week to break my heart for His people around the world.  That week set my heart on fire for the the world and a few months later led me to the World Race.  I applied for Guatemala hoping for an adventure and new experience, definitely not prepared for what I would experience down there. Our mission for the week was to help out at Eagle’s Nest Orphanage in Solola Guatemala.  While there we loved on orphans, held sports camps for the orphans and local children.  We also helped build a house for a family in Panajachel, some of the hardest work I’ve ever done.  That week I also experienced God at a whole new incredible level.  I can’t wait to go back, and maybe even someday call this place my home.

There is something incredible about waking up every morning to this

A year later, this view still blows my mind
