Evangelism
The word America Christians love to hate…I hate it too.
But here it isn’t about passing out a track to every person
you pass on the street or standing on a corner with a sign telling people to
repent or they are going to hell.
Evangelism is
Intentional
It’s about building
relationships
It’s about sitting at a
coffee shop with high school students discussing topics most adult Christians
in America never discuss
And they eat it up.
I sit there in
amazement as they passionately debate all aspects of theology…
What’s the deal with
creation?
God forgives our sins in the
past, but will he forgive our sins in the future?
I don’t
understand…
Where will you go when you die?
Why?
These kids are far from perfect but they know God’s love for
them is so immense that they are willing to face condemnation from their Muslim
families and friends….
Kids who were raised
Muslim and only became Christians a few months or weeks ago passionately share
the Gospel to their non-believing friends
Sometimes the conversation ends with a prayer and rejoicing, while
others end with the need for more thinking, knowledge, and conversations. Either way God is up to some pretty incredible stuff in Albania.
