Wow! God is truly
awesome! It never occurred to me when I
began this support raising journey that I could be close to fully funded by the
time our team left. It was not in any of
the scenarios I had imagined. When our
support coach wrote on the team blog that they were praying that the W squad
would reach this goal…I just assumed that I would continue to raise support while
our team was out in the field. So, I
started to pray, for myself and my team that we could reach this goal as well
as pray that God would do something so amazing that people would know that only
He could have done it! Two weeks ago I
found out that through the generosity of those who have already donated and
through the wonderful people at my church who pledged money, that I will soon
be fully funded! I am still in a little
bit of shock. Every time I think about
it, the faithfulness and greatness of God overwhelms me. I pray that I can be as generous as my
family, friends, and church family has been to me. I keep asking Him to show me how to bless
others, the way I have been blessed!
