Hello sweet friends!
I am so grateful for all of you. I apologize that updates haven’t been frequent lately! I can’t wait to share so many stories with you! But for now, it’s been so long, I just wanted to let you know I’ve alive and well! Here is where my team and I have been in the New Year:
JANUARY – Amman, Jordan / Palestine / Israel / Yerevan, Armenia / Tbilisi, Georgia
FEBRUARY – Tbilisi, Georgia / Baku, Azerbaijan
MARCH – Baku, Azerbaijan / Caspian Sea / Kazakhstan
APRIL – Location in Central Asia
Each of these countries, the experiences we had, and the people we met in each, truly deserve a blog of their own! It’s so difficult for me to decide what to share and which stories to tell, that often times it gets a bit overwhelming and well… it’s been a while.
Back in Jordan, my teammate Kelsey and I started picking one word for each country. Not to try to encompass our entire experience of course, but just to help process and recognize the main theme of what God was teaching us in each country. So starting this week, I am going to begin sharing those with you.
We began this journey of 11 months in August of ‘18 and now, exactly 11 weeks remain! Wild, right? So starting this Friday, I will be sharing a short recap of each month on the race, weekly. I’ll share the word I chose for each country and why I chose it. I’ll share some pictures, stories, and who knows what else 🙂
But to hold you over until Friday… Take a look at our beautiful home in Central Asia!
