Well, it's official, we're not in Kansas any more. And by Kansas I mean Europe. We're officially in Africa folks!

Month 4 of the World Race.

I find myself leading a new team and on a whole new continent. Our living situation this month is quite different compared to the last three months. No running water, no mirrors, bucket showers, squatty potties, hand-washed laundry, meals cooked over an open fire pit, mosquito nets canopying our beds and no internet but LOTS of love!

We're staying in our pastor's house (with him, his wife and 4 adorable kids living outside in another building on the property with us) which used to be an old convenient store, nestled away in an alley right off the main road here in Bukembe, Kenya.

The living space is very small, and the opposite of clean, which makes for zero alone time and zero personal space. Getting alone time means putting in your headphones and slapping on your eye mask these days.

But none-the-less we are blessed beyond belief and so thrilled to be here! God is definitely moving here in Kenya and the people of this community and church have welcomed us with open, eager, loving arms. Please enjoy our team house tour as we show you what it's like to live like a Kenyan!
