So this is it! I’ve recently been accepted to serve on the World Race, a mission trip going to 11 countries in 11 months! Since I was a little girl I thought about being a missionary, but I never really thought it would be possible until later on in life. I have always wanted to travel and to help people, and now that I am living my faith, I am looking forward to spreading my love of Jesus to other countries. Last spring God put it on my heart to serve Him on the World Race and after months of praying, waiting, and hoping, my dream is finally coming true!

I have been accepted to Route 3 of August 2016. This means that the countries I will be traveling to with my fellow squadmates and teammates are: Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Burkina Faso (Africa), India, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand (Asia), and El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize (Central America).

I can’t wait to share this opportunity with all of you! I will continue to post updates on this blog as I begin the process of fundraising and to share with you my experiences of how God is working overseas and how He’s working in me throughout this journey.

I am taking a big leap of faith in this journey in order to further God’s kingdom on earth. As Jesus says in Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (NIV).

If you would like to support me in any way, financially, prayerfully, or by passing on the message to others who may want to help, I really appreciate any way you can help me out!
